Rates and availability

Rental periods run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. To reserve Sogna Piccola you would need to send us a 25% deposit of the total rent due, with the balance payable at least six weeks before your stay.

Our cancellation policy is simple; if we can find another renter for your dates we will return any money sent to us (minus bank charges).

A security deposit of £250 must be included with your final payment; it will be shown as a separate item on the invoice. Our representative will check the property prior to your departure and, if all is in order, the deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks.

The house is for a maximum of 3 adults. Children, pets and smoking are not allowed in the house. It is not suitable for children - too many nice things for them to break, and too many opportunities for them to plunge to their death or injury.

The rental rate includes absolutely everything - utilities, bed linen, towels, heating, after-stay clean and weekly clean for stays over a week.
